Many of our properties offer on-site gyms equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, strength training machines and space for yoga or stretching. The Superior Midway project, which will provide a dedicated bicycle lane in the center of Superior Avenue, will be front and center at Tower Press Lofts and 2320 Lofts.

We love our pets, and we know you do too, which is why several of our properties are pet friendly, including Fairfield Avenue Lofts and Merchant Avenue Lofts. These properties have access to green spaces, recreation trails and other pet friendly neighborhood amenities.

All of our properties provide laundry areas, either communal or within selected units. Laundry cards are available at some locations for electronic fund loading, eliminating the need for quarters. 

Many of our properties provide secured, gated parking for tenants and some nearby spaces for guests.
