Tower Press Development has been on the forefront of urban development in Cleveland for nearly 35 years, including the revival of Tremont during the 1980s, West 25th Street in the 1990s, and Superior Avenue in the 2000s.
Our signature achievement is the $10 million renovation of the historic Tower Press Building at 1900 Superior Avenue, best known for its iconic five-story tower suite that has become a landmark along Superior Avenue. Our newest project, 2320 Lofts—also located on Superior Avenue in the Superior Arts District—offers apartments designed for students and young professionals. In addition, we provide distinctive loft living experiences in Tremont, Ohio City, and Downtown Cleveland.
