I had an incredible experience at Tower Press. Dave and Karen were extremely pleasant to work with from start to finish. CJ was prompt and professional with anything that needed immediate attention. I was in love with my space, and the location of the building. Blessed to have been a part of the Tower Press family for the first two years of my marriage, and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I lived in Tower Press for four years from 2019-2023 and I loved my apartment. It really felt like a safe space during Covid. I never had issues with noise, my apartment was beautiful and the maintenance team and owners were always responsive.
I have been a resident at Tower Press for 13 years. It has been an incredible experience. I feel right at home with other artists in the building. The property owners Karen and Dave are extremely thoughtful, caring and attentive to my needs. CJ, our maintenance man is the BEST! He is a wizard, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. Whenever I have had any issues at the building, Karen finds a solution, which is rare in property owners. I would highly recommend renting a loft at Tower Press.
I have lived at 2320 Lofts for over a year now as a student attending Cleveland State and I love it! The building is beautiful and is incredibly quiet. I almost never hear any street noise which is a problem at many apartments around campus. The historical loft-style apartments are large and modern, yet old all at the same time. The available underground garage parking is a great option especially for Cleveland winters. As far as the management/ownership staff, they are very helpful and responsive to any issues. They are always easily reachable by email and there is also a resident manager who lives at the building who can be contacted by phone, even late on weekends. Another great perk for students or anyone living at the building is that during certain times (first week of classes, finals week, etc.) management will offer free food to the whole building. The quiet environment is great for both professionals and focused students alike. The building has a nice mix of both groups. Rent pricing is competitive at the building and seems to be less than many places near the campus district which is another major perk. Overall, the building has been an enjoyable experience for myself.
I worked out of this space for seven years and couldn’t have asked for a better office environment. The layout is truly one of a kind, with a two-story loft and an all-glass ceiling that fills the space with natural light. Everyone who walked in - from prospective employees to clients - was wowed. And because it's zoned commercial and residential, it was especially well-suited for a business, since most residents were out during the day, making weekday working hours quiet and focused. The location was another big advantage. It’s close enough to the city to easily enjoy downtown amenities, but far enough out to avoid traffic and expensive parking. I always felt the space was safe and secure for my all-female staff, and the gated parking lot added real peace of mind. The outdoor courtyard was also a great perk and especially enjoyable during the summer months. The building and surrounding landscape were consistently well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. Ownership was responsive and genuinely kind, and I appreciated supporting a local, family-owned business rather than a large commercial real estate company.
I loved living here SO much, I moved back! After 14 years away! Karen and Dave have been wonderful in the 20+ years I've known them, and on coming back, I felt like I was returning home.
The landlords also couldn't be more safety conscious - downtown living is always going to have the "quirks" of downtown living - management routinely organizes and attends committees/meetings just to better care for/improve our safety. We have gates and cameras and any (very rare) issues are taken care of immediately. Security is certainly always a top concern.
The property manager CJ and the maintenance crew are friendly, empathetic, diligent, fast - and pretty darn good. Prices are reasonable and comparable to downtown living. The amenities (courtyard, full gym, even a fire pit) and events (Movie Nites and events with our resident artists) make this seem like a genuine, inclusive, creative community.
For me the big draw is the building itself - it's a stunning renovation and I feel like I live in part of a castle - and Tower Press gets credit for jump-starting the neighborhood renaissance (now we have companies like GBX and Cross Country Mortgage also re-creating properties on the block). Each unit has its own architectural, unique feature(s) (like a skylight) and you can even live in the famous Tower itself.
We lived in Manhattan for 25 years and wanted something similar here in Cleveland – we got it! We are writers and I perform. We love to entertain and now with our beautiful apartment we do just that. The high ceilings, brick walls, gorgeous tall windows… ours is a dream come true which we can afford close to downtown. We have lived here for over 3 years and management is terrific and available and so courteous.
Lovely 1907 building in the heart of Cleveland (former wool suit factory in the original garment district). Perfect place to live if you want to be close to it all without living on top of it all. The landlords are very committed to the building, and maintenance requests are completed very quickly.
Tower Press offers the perfect blend of luxury and tight knit community. The location is incredibly convenient, with quick access to major highways. I’ve enjoyed my time living here and even had the privilege of experiencing two different units. Overall, it’s been a great experience!
My fiancee and I have lived at 2320 Lofts for the past 3 years. The apartments are beautiful with high ceilings, historic charm, large windows, and modern finishings. It has been so convenient to have secure garage parking under the building as well as a gym in the building. Not to mention that it is within walking distance to downtown! Dave and Karen have been the greatest landlords imaginable. My fiancee and I were in the process of buying a house which unfortunately fell through the night before closing, and after explaining the situation to Dave and Karen, they were kind enough to allow us to move into another unit in the building the same week because our previous lease was ending. They are always a text or call away and go above and beyond for their tenants. This has been an amazing place to live and I highly recommend 2320 Lofts.
I have lived in 2320 for almost a year now and it has been the best experience with an apartment I have had since moving to Cleveland. Management is extremely helpful and kind, apartments are spacious and beautiful, and the huge windows are a plus. An elevator and an in-suite washer and dryer just add to the long list of wonderful amenities that are extremely hard to find in downtown Cleveland without breaking the bank. There is a resident manager/security guard living on site which makes the apartment feel safe. I do not have enough wonderful things to say about 2320 Lofts. If you want an apartment you can brag to your friends about, 2320 is definitely the place for you! Can't wait to renew my lease!
I've lived in four different apartment complexes & Tower Press is by far the nicest! The location is extremely convenient because it feels as if it is in the middle of everything. It is also right next to a police station & there is gated parking so I feel safe living there on my own. The complex itself is very well kept & it has so much personality! I had no issues moving in - the apartment was cleaned to perfection. My apartment is spacious & has a ton of natural lighting which I love! The people that work here are also exceedingly nice & helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Cleveland!
